How to use GitHub issues in Whiteboards?

With the GitHub integration, you can:

  • Add GitHub issues and pull requests to your board from one or multiple repositories,

  • Check and change the main information about the issue/pull request on the board,

  • Open the task page on GitHub with one click,

  • Add a GitHub issue to the board by pasting its link,

  • Convert sticky notes, shapes, and texts into new GitHub issues.

The integration creates a collaborative hub to align your cross-team and cross-project initiatives without leaving Whiteboards.

Add your technical tasks from GitHub along with Jira issues and epics to get an overview of your project.

Create issues when new ideas emerge and action points are listed after a refinement or brainstorming session.

It’s a two-way integration, so changes you make in GitHub, will show on Whiteboards, and updates from Whiteboards are sent to GitHub—just refresh the page or the issue/pull request card.
