I upgraded but can't use Pro features, why?

If you purchased the Pro plan on whiteboards.io and see that Pro features are still locked, check if you logged in using the same method as when upgrading.

If you've used Atlassian ID to log in to the organization, we first check for a paid Whiteboards license in your Jira or Confluence instance and determine feature access based on that, independently from the subscription on whiteboards.io.
If you don't have a paid license in Atlassian, we will block Pro features for users logging in with Atlassian to whiteboards.io.

Try logging in using your email and password, Google, or GitHub account, not Atlassian ID.
If Pro features aren't unlocked then, contact our support and mention your organization name, your login method, and if you've ever logged in using any other method.
