Power Tools help organize your work into tables or flows to understand complex processes better. They also include our Jira-specific tools that simplify working with issues on the board.

Card table — Add tasks on notes and drop them into different swimlanes and columns to illustrate the process or update work status. Select Card Table and click anywhere on the board to create the table swimlane in a predefined size. Learn more about the card table.
Mind map — Easily create a map of thoughts and ideas as you work on your project. Select Mind map and click anywhere on the board to create a card in a predefined size or draw a rectangle to define the card size. Type your idea and click the + button (or Tab on your keyboard) to add subtopics and create a map that’s automatically connected with lines. You can also use our pre-made template.
Import zone — Add issues from your Jira in bulk according to your JQL filter. Select Import zone and click anywhere on the board to create the zone in a predefined size, or draw a rectangle to define the zone size. Then configure your import criteria with a JQL filter, set the import limit, and click Save. Refresh the zone, and your Jira issues will appear on the board. Learn more about the import zone.
Update zone — Create and update Jira issues with a simple drag-and-drop into the zone. Select Update zone and click anywhere on the board to create the zone in a predefined size, or draw a rectangle to define the zone size. Select the Jira site to which your updates should go and choose the action to trigger when issues are dropped in the zone. Learn more about the update zone.
