Troubleshooting "Something’s gone wrong" error
If you see the error “Something’s gone wrong” when trying to use Whiteboards for Jira or Whiteboards for Confluence, there are two most common reasons:
You don’t have permission to use the Whiteboards app (Whiteboards for Jira in Cloud only).
You’re not logged in to the Jira/Confluence instance in which the board was created.
