Enabling features in an organization
As an owner of an organization, you can enable or disable features for all users. These options enhance your experience in Whiteboards, but also give you more control over how your boards can be used and shared.
The optional features include:
Backup and print — with the backup you can download a copy of any board that can later be restored in the same or different organization. This option also has to be enabled to allow printing and saving the board as a PDF.
Embedding — with this option on, you and your colleagues can add a board to any website with an iFrame code or embed URL and share it with the world in this way. That will give only viewing rights to anyone seeing the board, they won’t be able to change anything on it.
Guest access — adds an option to the sharing modal to invite external collaborators to any board. This will give guests access for 30 days to the board without adding them to your organization. They will only be able to work on the board they were invited to.
Experimental features:
Video chat — enable this if you want to hold meetings directly in Whiteboards, with no 3rd party tool or switching between software. This way everyone on a board can connect and talk to each other and make sure they’re all on the same page.
