Exporting Multiple Boards from Whiteboards

How to export multiple boards?

We’ve introduced new export options to allow exporting multiple boards at once. New bulk export options include the following:

.csv files — Includes a table with texts, links to issues, sticky notes, and other content from the selected boards. The format doesn't keep the element's positions, shapes, or colors. Use it to copy the content to a different place.
To export Jira issue links to .csv, you must currently be authorized to that Jira instance in Whiteboards.
.json files — Includes a technical structure of the selected boards. Use this format with your developers to adjust the structure to other systems and import the boards.
To rework this format for a different product, use the Whiteboards schema.
Option to include multimedia uploaded to the boards — images, videos, and other documents. Use it to download all content uploaded to the selected boards.

Use these methods to export boards and keep them as backups or reuse them to manually recreate boards in a different whiteboarding product.
