How to request access to an organization?

If you get a link to a board or an organization and it turns out you don’t have access to it, you can quickly request access from the owners. They will be notified by email about your request and can grant you permission by adding you as a user/an owner in Requests in the Administration panel.  

NOTE: On the Free plan, all members are organization owners. Adding someone to the team as a user is only available in the Pro plan.

This option is available to:

• Logged-in users who receive a link to a board or organization but aren’t part of the team in that organization.

• People who sign up from a custom domain and want to join an already existing organization registered on their email domain. 

• Board guests who navigate to the organization dashboard and want to get full access.
