System requirements for Whiteboards

Whiteboards is a browser-based tool, so to use it, your device needs to meet the system requirements of your chosen browser: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.

Your firewall also needs to allow this IP address to connect:

35.232.138.12

Supported browsers:

Google Chrome (two latest stable versions),
Mozilla Firefox (two latest stable versions),
Microsoft Edge (two latest stable versions).

Supported platforms:

Confluence—Cloud, Server, and Data Center.
Jira—Cloud, Server, and Data Center.

Recommended device and network parameters:

Screen resolution: min. 1024x768,
CPU: 2,8 GHz,
RAM: 16 GB,
Network bandwidth: 32 Mb/s.
These are the recommended values for top performance, but you can comfortably use Whiteboards on lower RAM, CPU, and network bandwidth too.
App performance is based also on other factors than just the device specification.

What to keep in mind

Be mindful of things that can slow down the app:

Tasks running on your device in the background,
Tabs opened in the browser,
Unstable network connection,
The number of users and large media files on the board.
