Troubleshooting and reporting support issues
If there are any performance issues or troubles when using Whiteboards, try the tips below before getting in touch with our support:
Try reloading the page; it can often help clear up minor issues.
See if your internet connection is stable or try changing the network.
Make sure your browser is updated.
Check if your browser allows Whiteboards access to cookies and 3rd party cookies.
Chrome only: check if the issue persists in guest mode (click your avatar in the top right corner of Chrome and select Guest under Other profiles).
Try recreating the behavior in the private/incognito mode of your browser.
Use a different browser (we recommend testing either in Chrome or Firefox, depending on your main browser. These two run on different engines, so if something doesn’t work in Chrome, check in Firefox).
Clear your browser cache and cookies and try again.
