What happens when my subscription expires in Whiteboards.io?
By default, your subscription automatically renews each month/year, and it can expire only in two scenarios:
When you cancel the subscription — in this case, you can use Pro features until the paid-for subscription period ends.
When your payment method stops working — it can happen when there are insufficient funds to pay for the next subscription period, the card is expired, or there are other issues with collecting the payment. We retry the payment three times before switching you to the Free plan.
When your subscription expires:
Your plan will be changed to Free, so you can keep using whiteboards.
All your users will become Owners in your organization, even if they had a different role assigned.
You’ll be able to work on all your boards, but you can’t create new ones unless you have less than five boards.
