How does the Pro plan free trial work?
Testing a full product before buying is a crucial part of the experience that allows you to make an informed decision. We want you to experience everything Whiteboards offer before you take that step.
Try the Pro plan without any limits for 30 days for free to see if we're a fit. You don't need to provide your credit card details to do so. Go to Administration >> Plan (under Billing) and click Start 30-day trial to enable the trial period.
You can also enable the trial from our pricing page by clicking Start 30-day free trial.
The trial offers you exactly the same experience as the Pro plan. You get access to the following:
Unlimited boards,
Private boards,
Assigning user roles,
Unlimited video and audio calls.
Adjusting data residency.
Once the trial is turned on, at any point, you can select if you want to be billed yearly or monthly and add your billing details. This will keep your organization on the Pro plan once the trial runs out. You will be charged for a new subscription period after the testing time ends.
What happens after the trial?
If you don't add billing details during your free trial of the Pro plan, the organization will be switched back to the Free plan after 30 days.
This means:
If you've created over 5 boards during the trial, only the 5 most recently edited will stay editable; the rest will be locked from editing and viewing.
You won't be able to create and add custom templates, but you can still use them if they're already on a board.
Private boards will stay editable.
Advanced Jira features and elements will be usable on your boards, but you can't add new ones.
User roles you've set during the trial stay the same, but you can still change a User to an Owner. You'd have to upgrade to change a person from an Owner to a User.
If you've changed your data residency during the trial, the setting will stay the same. You can update it by upgrading.
